Important: Coronavirus and deliveries

We are keen to minimise any risk (or disruption) for you and your bunnies being able to receive and enjoy our Haven products. So any products ordered from us are still being delivered under new non contact procedures with our preferred courier, Hermes. This involves nominating a safe place where the parcel will be left and a notification email with photograph will be sent – even if you are in the property. We don’t ask for signatures but they have minimising measures for door knocking too.
