Delivery
All deliveries are made by courier and usually take 2-3 working days to the main areas of the UK islands may take a little longer. International deliveries typically take 3-7 working days but this varies depending upon destination.
Please note: To help delivery please include a message in the notes box when ordering to instruct the driver. eg. “Please leave in porch” or “Can be left at number 6”
Standard delivery to UK postcodes is applied in the shopping basket and is based on total weight of products ordered. (Maximum £6.35)
Please contact us if you require International delivery or for more urgent orders. We regularly send to Europe but cost is dependent upon products ordered and destination.
Returns
You can return any items purchased from WildWoodBunnies or received as a gift provided that
- they have not been opened or used
- are in their original plastic packaging fully intact
- are returned within 14 days of receipt
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. Returns may be made via our courier or an alternative courier of your choosing. UK orders will include a returns label in the package.
If you wish to make a return:
- please email sue@wildwoodbunnies.com quoting your name and postcode, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason
- all returns should be made to WildWood Bunnies, 1 Forest Road, Elkesley, Nottinghamshire DN22 8BS
Refunds
- Once the items are received back to us and checked we will arrange the credit to your original payment method within 14 days.
- We cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or used.
- We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
If you are returning a product because it was defective or sent in error, we will pay the return costs. Please email us with the details so we can arrange collection and inspection. Please retain all the original packing materials.
Refunds will be made in full for the customer’s purchase cost of the returned product only. We cannot refund the cost of the original delivery.
